Temperature Characteristic: The capacitance change can be determined by measurement of the capacitance change at various temperatures from ambient, (25°C), within the operating temperature range. (25 +/- 2 °C to -55 +/- 2 °C, to 25+/- 2 °C to +125 +/- 2 °C)
Thermal Shock: MIL-STD-202F method 107 condition D
Immersion: MIL-STD-202F method 104 condition A
Moisture Resistance: MIL-STD-202, method 106, items 7a and 7b not applicable
Life Test: MIL-STD-202, method 108, condition D or F @ 125°C @ 2X rated voltage
Low Voltage Moisture: MIL-STD-49464, P 3.17, 240 hours @ 85 +/- 2°C in 85 +/- 5% RH with applied bias voltage of 1.5Vdc +/- 10%
Solderability: MIL-STD-202, method 208 245 +/- 5 °C, 5 seconds
Solder Heat Resistance: MIL-STD-202, method 210 260 °C +/- 5 °C, 5 seconds
